Acceptable Use Policy

Remind Me is for wanted, personal, transactional reminders. Use must comply with applicable law, carrier requirements, and recipient choices.

Consent and identity

• Obtain prior express consent from every call or SMS recipient and retain proof of that consent.
• Use accurate contact details and do not disguise the sender or purpose.
• Honor opt-out requests immediately. Never contact an opted-out recipient unless they provide new consent.

Prohibited uses

• Unsolicited, purchased-list, promotional, political, debt-collection, or bulk messaging.
• Harassment, threats, hate, fraud, phishing, impersonation, illegal content, or deceptive claims.
• Emergency dispatch, critical medical instructions, or safety-critical notification systems.
• Attempts to bypass plan limits, provider filters, rate controls, authentication, or security safeguards.
• Automated creation of accounts, profiles, or reminders intended to overload the service or telecommunications networks.

Enforcement

We may block individual messages, suspend delivery, reduce limits, preserve relevant records, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe use violates this policy. Report abuse through Support.
