Remind Me Technologies
Terms of Service
Effective July 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of Remind Me. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
The service
Remind Me schedules personal, transactional reminders delivered by automated call, SMS, or email. Delivery is not guaranteed: carrier filtering, provider outages, incorrect contact information, device settings, and network conditions may delay or prevent a reminder.
Do not rely on Remind Me for emergencies, medical treatment, medication safety, legal deadlines, public safety, or any situation where a missed notification could cause harm.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, comply with applicable laws, and obtain each recipient’s required consent before scheduling communications. You may not use the service for unsolicited marketing, bulk outreach, harassment, deception, or prohibited content.
Communications
Message frequency varies according to reminders scheduled by the account holder and is limited by the applicable plan. Message and data rates may apply. SMS recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Where offered, recipients may acknowledge a reminder using the unique reply code included in that message. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Plans and payment
Plan features, quotas, prices, and billing periods are disclosed before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate accounts that threaten the service, attempt to bypass quotas, generate unwanted traffic, violate these terms, or create legal or provider risk. You may delete your account from Account settings.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free delivery. To the extent permitted by law, Remind Me Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the service. Questions may be sent through the Support page.
