Message frequency varies based on scheduled reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a Remind Me SMS to unsubscribe or HELP for help. For unresolved opt-outs, contact support with the affected phone number.

Urgent situations

Remind Me does not provide emergency monitoring. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services directly.
